Information we receive

When you use Revelation Files, we receive the Instagram username or other input you submit. We use publicly or legitimately available interaction signals connected with that input to prepare the requested analysis and report.

Revelation Files does not ask for your Instagram password or login credentials. It does not bypass private accounts or access information that requires another person’s private credentials.

If the username you enter belongs to a private account, we cannot read its interactions. In that case you will see a facsimile — a sample report built from sample data — instead of a real analysis. Facsimile reports are not based on the account you entered and cannot be purchased.

Why we process information

We process information where needed to:

• provide the requested analysis and generate reports;
• maintain and operate the service;
• prevent abuse, fraud, manipulation, and misuse; and
• improve service reliability where applicable.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Payment information is provided to and handled by Razorpay as part of checkout. Revelation Files does not ask you to provide sensitive card or bank credentials directly to us, and we do not claim to store those credentials.

We may receive payment-related records needed to confirm a transaction, activate a purchased report, investigate a payment issue, and prevent fraud or duplicate fulfilment.

Technical and analytics information

The current product records limited technical and funnel information connected with service operation, such as session identifiers, analysis and payment events, status information, and error or reliability signals. Raw Instagram usernames are not included in analytics event properties. This information is used to operate the product, understand whether key steps work, and investigate failures or abuse.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information and restrict access to paid reports. No online service or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Revelation Files does not make an absolute security guarantee.

Retention and deletion

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide reports, maintain purchase access, operate the service, resolve disputes or technical issues, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Because a fixed deletion schedule is not currently implemented, we do not promise a specific retention period.

You may contact support to ask about information connected with your use of the service or request deletion. Requests will be reviewed and handled where reasonably possible, subject to information that must be kept for legitimate operational, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, or legal reasons.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information, including asking for access, correction, or deletion. To make a request, contact support and provide enough information to identify the relevant session, report, or transaction without sending passwords or sensitive financial credentials.
