The service

Revelation Files provides digital attention analyses and reports generated from available signals and information. Reports are intended for informational and entertainment purposes.

Results are not guaranteed factual conclusions about another person’s thoughts, feelings, intentions, attraction, or behaviour. Scores, rankings, insights, and labels are interpretations of available signals and should not be treated as proof of private activity or intent.

Lawful and responsible use

You must use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not use Revelation Files to:

• attempt to bypass private accounts or privacy controls;
• obtain or solicit another person’s passwords or credentials;
• scrape, access, or distribute restricted information;
• harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or unlawfully monitor another person; or
• interfere with, manipulate, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Fraud, abuse, manipulation, or misuse may result in restriction or removal of access.

Digital products and payments

Paid Revelation Files reports are digital products delivered electronically after successful payment and activation. Prices and the report being purchased are shown before payment. Payment does not guarantee a particular score, ranking, identity, insight, or outcome.

Failed, cancelled, tampered, or unverified payments do not unlock paid reports. Refund and payment-issue requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and rights available under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Revelation Files website, brand, visual design, report presentation, text, and other service content are owned by or licensed to the service operator and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. You may use a purchased report for personal, lawful purposes, but you may not copy, sell, reproduce, or exploit the service or its content as a competing product without permission.

Availability and technical limitations

Service availability depends on technical systems and the availability, quality, and completeness of relevant signals. Analyses may be incomplete or unavailable, and the service may be changed, suspended, or interrupted for maintenance, security, provider limitations, or other operational reasons. Continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

Responsibility and liability

Use the service and its reports with appropriate judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revelation Files is not responsible for decisions, disputes, losses, or harm arising from treating a report as proof of another person’s private thoughts, feelings, intentions, attraction, or behaviour, or from unlawful or improper use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
